Can I work legally in Ireland being married to a Polish citizen?

I'm a Brazilian and my husband is Polish. We got married and USA almost 1 year ago and still live here. We will validate our marriage in Poland and Brazil.

In 2 years we will go to Europe and will live in Ireland. He has a sister there, but maybe she won't be there anymore when we will be.

My question is, will he and I be allowed to work legally in Ireland?

ALSO, my husband didn't go to army in Poland, he was studying and then came to USA. Will he have some problem to live in Ireland because of this? Can I work legally in Ireland being married to a Polish citizen?
As a Brazilian you will not be entitled to work here, although you will be entitled to a residency permit as your husband is an EU citizen. Depending on your qualifications, you may be able to get a work visa. You can find details and apply for a work permit here:

Your husband's lack military service will have no relevance to his life in Ireland, and as a previous poster mentioned, should no longer cause him any problems in Poland either. Can I work legally in Ireland being married to a Polish citizen?
Possible you will be legal but as for getting work, I wish you luck! Us Irish are having problems employing our own nationals so don't fancy your chances.

Also Polish have been employed here for the last few years and have been welcomed into our society with even a separate section in our National evening Newspaper especially printed in Polish. Now that we are experiencing difficulties in the work market here , Irish have tried to get jobs in Poland but have been met with notices on building sites stating ' NO IRISH NEED APPLY' . There's gratitude for you.

So do not be too surprised if you are not welcomed with open arms here.
Do not worry about your husband's military service. Last December, Poland abandoned conscription so only volunteers serve in armed forces.

Not sure if you can work in Ireland straight away. You must be, at least, a Polish resident.

To the poster above: The alleged 'NO IRISH NEED APPLY' signs in Poland are an urban legend. Some Irish idiot made this claim in an interview without providing any further detail. You Irish are smart enough to know it is utter nonsense. If anything, such signs would be against EU laws. Unless you guys believe that everything you read in your newspapers is gospel. Or you are just looking for an excuse to be more hostile towards Poles at the time when your economy is collapsing.
No dear, you need to get a residency and work permit as well.
No jobs here, and it's gonna get worse
