My fiancee and I want to get married in vegas. It will be the 2 of us and 2 witnesses. Any good locations?

I don't want it to be in a chapel, yet i don't want to get married in a drive thru or by elvis. I'm thinking along the lines of on the bridge at the venetian, or the waterfalls at flamingo. Can we just hire a minister and get married wherever we choose? My fiancee and I want to get married in vegas. It will be the 2 of us and 2 witnesses. Any good locations?
There is a package that will get you married while hovering over the strip in a helicopter. You can also get flown to a dinner at the bottom of the grand canyon. I think it would probably run you around $2000, if my memory serves correct. It all depends on what you want to spend. I got married at the Little White Wedding Chapel drive through. It did the job, but that was all I was looking for. $19.95 for the ceremony and $50 tip to each of the driver and minister. I'm sure you can find something great out there. There are so many options.
