So, I am assuming that you do not smoke, you do not overeat, you do not over spend, you do not gambled, you do not spend much time on the computer, you are not obsessed with your weight or your clothes or your jewelry or your looks, or dancing or clubbing or sports, and you do not do anything in excess.
