Can you visit in Mexico and get married to one of their citizens while there?

My boyfriend got deported to mexico after an expired passport. I know he cannot become legal in the us however can i go there and get married and live there? Can you visit in Mexico and get married to one of their citizens while there?
Sure you can. However, you will have to comply with Mexico's immigration laws in order for you to live there legally. Can you visit in Mexico and get married to one of their citizens while there?
Marriage will not give you the right to live in Mexico. You can go to Mexico on a tourist card for 180 days, but not work. You can go to the nearest immigration office ( there is at least one in every state) and renew that tourist card for another 180 days one time. If you want to legally live in Mexico, you need to apply for an FM3 visa, which requires proof of income. It would be VERY wise to spend 6 months to a year visiting in Mexico and learn what it is really like before deciding on a long term move...or BEFORE getting married. After that time, you will be better prepared to make a decision on marriage. Many young women in the U.S. are in the same situation, some move to Mexico and find it does not work out for them. Please take things slowly.
Yes, you can even try to legalize him on an accelerated I-601 waiver process once you marry in Mexico. Depending on factors (was he a visa overstay in the United States?), he might be able to come back legally within a relatively quick amount of time. The link as my source has how to get the information.
why not.. you can move to any country if you follow immigration rules. Check out the Mexican embassy to see what papers you need to file.
Sure you can. Enjoy
not unless u become a Citizen
