yea he will still have to pay child support for sure alimony is something else alot of states you have to be married for length of time i know illinois is like 7 to 9 years you have to be married before you have to pay that it sounds as if he needs to grow up and be a man and take care of his family good luck to you

first of all if a man is separated it doesn't mean he don't pay child support or spousal support. this decision is made by the court. so if this is the excuse that your adulterous boyfriend is telling you he not only lying to his wife he is lying to you. which should come as no surprise.
