I don't think so, but it needs to be tested on court cases!!! I had a friend from the Philipines. I found out he tried to get me interested in some Filipinas. I finally confronted him and found out that he gets a finders fee, If I marry one that he introduced. I knew a few Gay men and told him we should marry a few Filipinas to them Go to Malaysian and marry 4 Filipina per man. Polygamy is legal there. Then bring them back to the US. I was only joking but some of the people heard that and told me these questionable marriages won't be recognized by our government.
