Why would you want to ?
- Assuming that you will continue to live in India after the marriage ( Otherwise why would you care if it wasn't legal in India ) and therefore that you are coming to Spain just to get married. It will not be easy, and you will be better off speaking directly to the Embassy in your own country.
- You might be better off considering getting legally married in India but just having a blessing ceremony in Spain.
