Getting married before the divorce is final?

Okay, so I got my judgement for absolute divorce, but it will not be final for 30 days. What are the consequences for getting remarried before the divorce is final?Getting married before the divorce is final?
Yes, as the others said, you could have charges brought against you....charges that could put you in jail for a bit, depending on the state's laws and the prosecutor.

If you do marry before your divorce is final it is not a legal marriage. Someone is bound to find out about it, and they could alert the authorities. That is where you could possibly get into a lot of trouble.

Bad idea all the way around... seriously, wait the measly month....

Getting married before the divorce is final?
You can't. It would not be legeal, and also you have to provide your divorce certificate in order to get a marriage licence. So you wouldn't beable to even get a marriage licence until the thirty days are up.

Your just going to have to wait the thirty days.
What the other posters said, but also,

... not to be overly blunt, but I'd really like to know why you can't wait 30 days to get hitched again when your last marriage ended so poorly. I've heard of ';try, try again'; but this is ridiculous, give yourself a bit of time to reflect for pity's sake.

You can't get married before you are legally divorced.
I don't think you want to go to jail { Just to get married }

You've waited this long come on you can wait a little longer~!

Good Luck
Your marriage will not be legal and you will be in trouble.
Going to prison for bigamy.
Jail! It's illegal.
bigamy=jail
If you're in the U.S. it's illegal ~ it's called bigamy.

Don't know about outside the U.S.
That would be bigamy! Bad move. Just wait!
jail...
