Do you mean you are having a banquet to honor a female who is graduating and you want to send out invitations? It really doesn't matter the reason for the banquet....all invitations (anniversary party, wedding, 50th birthday party, graduation, etc.) all get addressed the same way:





Mr. and Mrs. John Smith





OR, if the female is graduating with a medical degree:

are you saying graduate... like they are a doctor?
